What You Really Need To Know For The Second Half Of Life: Protect Your Family!
I had the pleasure of coordinating the writing of this book and hand selecting this group of leading elder care attorneys from across the United States. It was an honor to work with these leading lawyers, and I want to thank each of them for sharing their knowledge and experience with the readers of this book.

―Julieanne E. Steinbacher, Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation

This book consists of 14 chapters geared towards what you need to know to protect your family during your second half of life.  It discusses the unique aspects of senior estate planning including misconceptions about wills and options for long term care.  There is a great chapter on care-giver agreements and a chapter on common nursing home issues.  Another chapter tells the story of the high price of failure and the unnecessary costs that can be thrown upon your family.  Still other chapters focus on Social Security planning, financial exploitation and dying with dignity.  Each of the chapters will help you consider the full plan needed for the second half of life.
